Aleksandra Jochim

Aleksandra Jochim has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and Payroll administration. Aleksandra started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2017, where they worked as a Junior HR and Payroll Administration Specialist with German. Aleksandra then moved on to become an HR and Payroll Administration Specialist at the same company. In 2019, Jochim joined DXC Technology as a Senior Payroll Administrator and later served as a Senior Payroll Specialist/Subject Matter Expert. Aleksandra eventually became an HR & Payroll Team Leader at DXC Technology before transitioning to their current role as a Payroll Lead at Alight Solutions in 2024.
