Allyson Bean

Allyson Bean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and demand management, currently serving as SVP of Revenue Operations & Demand at Alight Solutions since June 2024. Prior to this role, Allyson held the position of Global VP of Demand Management at Ceridian, a global human capital management software company, beginning in February 2021. From September 2007 to February 2021, Allyson contributed to SAP in various capacities, including Director of Demand Management, Director of Operations, and Manager of Business Planning & Analysis, where responsibilities ranged from leading demand management initiatives to ensuring operational excellence. Allyson holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting from Dalhousie University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
