Anne M Lawrence is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and operations within the corporate sector, currently serving as the Director of Technology and Operations at Alight Solutions since June 2017. In this role, Lawrence implements digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change management initiatives, fostering enterprise-wide value and productivity in the Legal & Corporate Affairs organization. Previously, Lawrence held several leadership positions at Alight, including Process Transformation Director and Deployment Manager, as well as co-leading the Women's Professional Network to enhance the engagement and advancement of women in the workplace.
