Brad Poole

Brad Poole has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) research. Brad (Bradley) is currently working as the Director of User Experience (UX) Research at Alight Solutions, where they lead UX research efforts for all Alight products and manages a team of researchers and content designers. Prior to this, Brad worked as a Lead UX Researcher at BMO Financial Group for two years, focusing on BMO Digital Banking. Brad (Bradley) also served as a Senior Researcher at Cars.com and as a User Experience Engineering Senior Researcher and Development Supervisor at ADP Dealer Services. Brad started their career as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and as a Research Associate in Human Factors Engineering at SA Technologies.

Brad Poole has pursued their education in the field of psychology. Brad (Bradley) obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cognitive Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Brad (Bradley) also completed a Master's degree (M.A.) in Cognitive Psychology at the same institution. Prior to this, Brad pursued General Psychology at The University of Illinois at Chicago.
