Brittny Zurek

Brittny Zurek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Brittny started their career as an Intake Representative at Lincoln Financial Group in September 2012 and was promoted to Senior Intake Representative in August 2014. From December 2015 to April 2021, they served as the Lead, Member Services in the Service Intake department, where they took on additional responsibilities such as leading small groups and cross-training in other areas. Brittny then became a Member Support Supervisor for Service Intake from March 2019 to October 2021, overseeing a team in charge of customer requests. In November 2021, Brittny transitioned to a role as an In-Home Day Care Provider. Currently, they work as a Customer Service Team Lead at Alight Solutions, starting in November 2022.

Brittny Zurek obtained a High School Diploma in General Education from Lousiville High School in 2008. Subsequently, in 2009, they earned a Certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Northwest Kansas Technical College. In addition to their formal education, Brittny Zurek also obtained certifications in Medical Assistance in October 2009 and the Leader First Certification Series in 2015.
