Caroline Weis

Caroline Weis, CEBS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial advisory services and employee benefits implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Alight Solutions since July 2004, Caroline has developed a strong background in coordinating and managing benefits-related projects. Prior experience includes roles as an Implementation Coordinator at Lincoln Financial Group from March 1999 to July 2004, and as a Retirement Plans Benefit Administrator at Zurich North America from October 1997 to March 1999. Earlier in the career, Caroline worked as a Benefit Representative and Processing Assistant at Hewitt Associates LLC from August 1996 to October 1997. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Barat College of DePaul University and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Harper College.
