Chris Schulz

Chris Schulz is an experienced leader in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Client Executive and Texas Commercial Market Leader at Alight Solutions since August 2014. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Sr. Director for Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Air Liquide USA from September 2009 to August 2014, and served as Sr. Director of Benefits & Compliance at Continental Airlines, Inc. between February 2007 and September 2009. Chris's career began at Hewitt Associates, where a combination of roles included Benefits Service Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant from 1996 to 2007. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, obtained in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Benedictine University.
