Coretha Rushing, SPHR, is an accomplished Board member and former C-suite Executive with extensive experience in the financial services, consumer goods, and technology sectors. Coretha served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for The Coca-Cola Company and held similar roles at Equifax and Pizza Hut. Currently, they are the Managing Director and Executive Coach at The ExCo Leadership Group and serve on the boards of 2U Inc, Thred Up, and Benefitfocus, among others. Coretha also acts as an External Board Advisor for Spencer Stuart and provides senior advisory services at Kahlo Investments. They hold a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from East Carolina University and a Master's in Human Resource and Counseling from The George Washington University.
