Derek Berndt is a senior manager and digital experience consultant at Alight Solutions, where innovative digital media solutions are crafted to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue growth. As the principal and owner of Letter & Pixel since 1997, Derek specializes in digital strategy, content marketing, website design, and video/podcast production. Previously, leadership roles at BCU, Usman Group, Inc., and Allstate Insurance Company involved enhancing digital engagement, managing mobile banking platforms, and overseeing internal communications, significantly contributing to user engagement and employee satisfaction.
