Erin Silverman

Erin Silverman has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Erin is currently working at Alight Solutions as the Creative Studio Director. Prior to that, they held positions such as the Director of Design Studio Operations at Alight Solutions and the Operations Lead for Active Health Exchange Communications. Erin also worked at Aon as the Delivery Lead for Mid-Market Communications, as well as the Traffic & Marketing Coordinator. Erin gained experience in consumer experience and call center operations at Uline. Erin has a background in graphic design and marketing from their time at ENS Graphics. Erin also has experience in production design and coordination from their role at Hewitt Associates LLC. Earlier in their career, Erin worked as a Test Development Editor at the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and as a Journalism Intern at Illinois Entertainer Publication. Erin started their career as a Public Relations Intern at Margie Korshak, Inc.

Erin Silverman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and English Literature from Truman State University in 1993. Erin later obtained a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification in Desktop Publishing.
