Jay Shah

Jay Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Director for Reporting, Analytics & AI Platform at Alight Solutions since June 2025, Jay previously held the position of Director at PwC for a decade. Additionally, Jay contributed as a member and angel investor at West Suburban Angels Inc. from February 2021 to February 2022. Prior roles include Product Lead at multiple organizations, including Infogix, Apollo Education Group, IPG MediaBrands, Marsh, Sage, Peoplesoft/Oracle, and Salesforce.com, between 2004 and 2015. Jay holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Execution, and Valuation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
