John Shish

John Shish has extensive experience in the field of human resources and benefits. John began their career at Aon Hewitt in 2009 as a Senior Vice President - H&W Business Leader, where they served until 2011. From 2011 until their departure in 2017, they held the position of Vice President - H&W Business Leader. In 2017, they joined Alight Solutions as their Vice President - H&W Business Leader.

John Shish earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Alight: Leading to Transform" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022.
