Mark A. Hill

Mark A. Hill currently serves as the Federal Cloud Operations Manager at Alight Solutions since February 2022. With extensive experience in technical support and management, Mark previously held various positions at Fiserv EFT from November 2009 to February 2022, including Manager and Senior Technical Analyst, providing technical support for external clients. Earlier roles include Team Lead at Fiserv and positions in sales and technical support at Atlanta Technology Force, Sprint, Sprint Nextel, WebMD, and SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Mark holds an Associate Degree in Applied Technology, Computer Programming from Gwinnett Technical College and a BA in English from Kent State University.
