Mia Polintan

Mia Polintan is currently serving as the VP of Product Solutions at Alight Solutions, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Mia accumulated extensive experience at ReedGroup from November 2012 to March 2023, where roles included VP of Product Management, Director of Product Management, and Account Director. Before that, Mia worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at ProfitStreams from July 2011 to October 2012. Mia's career began at Reed Group from 2006 to 2011 as a Software Delivery Manager and included a role as a Data Analyst at CFMC (Colorado Foundation for Medical Care) from July 2004 to September 2006. Mia Polintan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of Rochester and has further education from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
