Michael Leblebijian

Michael Leblebijian began their work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst and Treasury Analyst at Dade Behring Inc. from October 1998 to February 2001. Michael then worked as a Senior Audit Consultant at Baxter from February 2001 to May 2004, where they focused on internal audit, due diligence, and process improvement. Leblebijian went on to work as a Senior Consultant at Parson Consulting from May 2004 to August 2005. Michael then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from August 2005 to September 2006. Leblebijian continued their career at Harley-Davidson Financial Services Inc. as a Treasury Manager from September 2006 to June 2011. Michael then moved on to Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held the roles of Manager of Debt Capital Markets from June 2011 to May 2014 and Director of Treasury from June 2014 to January 2019. Leblebijian then worked as the Director of Global Treasury at Walgreens Boots Alliance from January 2019 to February 2020. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Global Treasurer at Alight Solutions since February 2020. Additionally, Leblebijian is a Strategic Advisor at InterPrice Technologies since May 2020.

Michael Leblebijian has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earned from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant.
