Mike Altier

Mike Altier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in creative roles. Mike is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of SWITCH Agency, which they established in 2015 and became independent in 2019. Mike has worked with multinational consulting firms such as Aon and Alight Solutions, where they held executive positions and led branding, marketing, and product design efforts. Mike has also worked as a Creative Director at Legacy Marketing Partners and an Associate Creative Director at Simple Truth. Throughout their career, Mike has focused on untangling life's challenges through data-driven and user-centered creative solutions.

Mike Altier has a Master's in Advertising & Public Relations with a focus on Emerging/Social Media from DePaul University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Mike previously attended Kent State University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Communication Studies. Additionally, Mike graduated from Archbishop Hoban High School in 2002. In terms of certifications, Mike obtained a certificate in Transformation from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2023.
