Sahil Thomas

Sahil Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sahil started their career in 2016 as an HR-Executive at CloudPartner Technologies and worked there until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Regional HR Deputy Manager at IDFC FIRST Bharat Ltd. In 2021, they joined Teemar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Organizational Performance Specialist and worked there until November. Sahil then joined Aditi Consulting as a Senior Executive in the People Department from December 2021 until April 2022. Sahil then moved on to Genpact, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from July 2022 to October 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Team Lead Manager for HR Outsourcing at Alight Solutions, starting in October 2023.

Sahil Thomas attended St. George's H.S.S. from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science from the State Board. Following this, they pursued a Btech degree at Jayaram College of Engineering and Technology from 2012 to 2016.
