Tyler Richardson

Tyler Richardson, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director and Health Solutions Client Leader at Alight Solutions since June 2017. With a background at Aon Hewitt starting in 2007, Tyler has held roles including Senior Benefits Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included managing the technical administration of complex client service implementations related to Health & Welfare, Pension, and 401(k) plans. Tyler oversees a global team of Systems Analysts and Configuration Specialists to translate client requirements into benefit administration plans across various platforms. Tyler holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
