Roberto Lasala

Roberto Lasala is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, human resources, and business development. Currently serving as the Operations and Human Resources Manager at Alight since June 2022, Roberto has also held notable positions including Commercial Manager at Odyssey Coffees, Director of Administration at Mid American Home Services, and Regional Administration Manager for the Americas at the World Mosquito Program. Previous roles include Business Development Manager for two distinct companies, and Director of Marketing for Pollo Campero in multiple states.
