The Software Engineer develops technology tools to streamline aid delivery, while the Humanitarian Business Development Manager identifies new opportunities for growth and support. The Grant Analyst manages funding to ensure resources are optimally utilized. The Jobs Sponsorship Lead connects refugees with employment opportunities, and the Partnerships and Government Affairs Coordinator fosters collaborations with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders. The NCLN Project Manager oversees critical project initiatives, and the HR-mitarbeiter manages team welfare and recruitment. Together, they ensure the effective provision of essential services and aim to enhance the quality of life for those they serve.
