Finance Team

The Finance Team at Alight is responsible for managing the organization's financial health to ensure the effective and efficient allocation of resources towards humanitarian efforts. This includes overseeing financial planning and analysis, controlling budgets, conducting treasury operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations across regions including Africa, Asia, and Latin America. They work collaboratively to support Alight’s mission of providing basic needs and fostering joy, dignity, connection, and purpose in the lives of displaced individuals.
