Jack Parks joined the Dallas office of ACP in 2016. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining ACP, Jack was at The Halifax Group, a private equity firm dedicated to partnering with founders and managers of lower middle-market businesses. While at Halifax, Jack identified and evaluated investment opportunities, performed due diligence and financial analyses, and assisted portfolio company management teams in executing strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to his tenure at Halifax, Jack worked in mergers and acquisitions at Piper Jaffray, where he executed lower middle-market transactions in a variety of industries.
