Steve Dyke

Steve Dyke retired from ACP in January 2023. In his role as a Founding Partner, Steve will continue to serve on the Investment Committee and as a close advisor to the Align deal teams. During the more than twenty years of his private equity career, Steve has completed more than 60 private equity transactions for more than $3 billion in value.

Prior to founding ACP, Steve was a Partner at The Riverside Company. During his 16 years at Riverside, Steve led nine platform company investments broadly within the Specialty Manufacturing and Distribution and Medical Device sectors.

Prior to Riverside, Steve was a banker at a regional sell-side investment banking boutique firm in Denver, CO. Steve also had prior roles in commercial lending, owning a computer peripheral manufacturer, and serving as CEO of a medical device manufacturer.
