Heyda Stefanny Gaona

Heyda Stefanny Gaona is an experienced HCM System Consultant currently serving as Lead HCM System Consultant at Align HCM since March 2018. In this role, Heyda guides organizations in effectively leveraging Ultimate Software products and holds certifications in UKG Pro US/CAN, UTA, WFM, UKG Pro Open Enrollment, and Benefits Administration. Prior to this, Heyda worked at Covalence Inc. as an HCM Consultant specializing in Ceridian Dayforce and UltiPro solutions, and served as a Software Implementation Consultant at Ceridian. Early career experiences include tutoring first graders at Carlos J Finlay Elementary School and customer sales roles at Skechers Inc. and Bakers Shoes. Heyda holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Florida International University.
