Sushil Tandon has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Sushil started their career in 1988 with Taj Hotels, where they worked in various positions, including Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and Executive Assistant Manager. Sushil then joined HMSHost in 2013 as an Area General Manager, where they were responsible for establishing the company's presence at Dubai and Abu Dhabi International airports. In 2020, they worked as a Hospitality Consultant at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres before joining Expo 2020 Dubai as a Project Manager, overseeing the recruitment and management of a diverse team for multiple venues. Currently, Sushil Tandon holds the position of Head of Business Development at ALIGN STAFFING SOLUTIONS, where they focus on providing manpower solutions to the hospitality industry.
Sushil Tandon completed a certificate course in innovation management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021-2022. In 2008-2010, they obtained an EMBA degree in marketing finance from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. Additionally, they earned a Three Years Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from the National Council for Hotel Management during 1985-1988. In 2020, Sushil Tandon also completed another certificate course in Innovation Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
