Currently serving as a Senior Manager of UX Design at Align Technology, they previously held design leadership roles at notable organizations such as NerdWallet and Chase. Their experience encompasses managing teams, driving user-centered design initiatives, and fostering collaboration across product and engineering teams. Almond holds a Master of Science in Information Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
