Daniel Swartz Guinto

Daniel Swartz Guinto has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held leadership roles in various organizations. At Align Technology from June 2014 to February 2020, Daniel served as VP of Human Resources, overseeing global operations including automation, AI, and global manufacturing, as well as providing executive coaching. Prior positions included Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, focusing on leadership and employee engagement. Before joining Align Technology, Daniel worked at Coherent as Director of Human Resources for North America, supporting corporate functions across multiple business units. Additional experience includes HR consultancy roles at Emerson Human Capital, Verisign, and Bayer HealthCare. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Communications from California State University, Fresno.
