Denver Moses

Denver Moses currently serves as the Director of Sales Training & Development for APAC at Align Technology since October 2025. Previously, Denver held the role of Director of Sales Force Effectiveness & Training at Cynosure, LLC from November 2020 to October 2025. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Denver was the Lead for Global Learning & Development and Associate Director for Sales Force Effectiveness in the APAC region from May 2015 to November 2020. At Bausch + Lomb, Denver served as Senior Training Manager for Asia Pacific and Africa, establishing training infrastructure and developing curricula for various business units. Earlier career experience includes a role as Regional Training Manager for West Asia at Alcon Labs. Denver holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management & Technology, Chennai, and attended St Thomas's College from 1979 to 1993.
