Don Osborne

Don Osborne is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global IT Service Management at Align Technology since August 2017, Don is responsible for implementing and managing global IT processes, including Change Management and Compliance Management. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Database Services at Align Technology, Managing Consultant at Fujitsu North America, and several managerial positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where responsibilities encompassed middleware applications, technical resource management, and enterprise architecture. Don's early career includes significant engineering roles at GE Capital Mortgage and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, establishing a strong foundation in systems engineering and technology implementation. Don holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering from Hartford State Technical College.
