Elisa Rounds, CPP, is an accomplished Payroll Manager with extensive experience in overseeing payroll operations and managing projects for large organizations across multiple states and provinces. Currently at Align Technology since July 2018, Elisa manages payroll for over 2,600 employees in the United States and Canada, along with audits and payroll metrics. Previous roles include Payroll Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Elisa was involved in mergers and acquisitions, and Payroll Team Lead at Lenovo, supervising payroll operations for North America. Elisa's earlier positions encompass managing payroll for Allscripts, Kendle, Inc., Konover Property Trust, and various roles in the payroll field since 1993.
