Eric Fialho Gonçalves

Eric Fialho Gonçalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial excellence and operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of SFE Americas & Commercial Excellence LATAM at Align Technology since January 2019. Eric has a proven track record in designing customer experience strategies and managing key commercial projects across Latin America, previously holding positions such as Director of SFE Americas and Director of Commercial Operations LATAM. Prior to Align Technology, Eric held various roles at Shire, Novo Nordisk A/S, Novartis, and sanofi-aventis, focusing on commercial operations, sales effectiveness, and market intelligence. Eric holds an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
