Lynette Kramer

Lynette Kramer is an accomplished instructional designer, eLearning developer, and team leader with extensive experience in customer education and training across various sectors. As the owner of KDG InterActive since January 2003, Lynette has collaborated with prominent clients such as Abbott, Boston Scientific, Microsoft, and Medtronic, among others. Lynette's roles at Align Technology and Boston Scientific involved managing teams to create product training modules, often translated into multiple languages. Additional experience includes leading training initiatives at organizations like BI WORLDWIDE, Acutus Medical, and Cardiovascular Systems, focusing on diverse subjects such as diversity and inclusion, medical protocols, and customer service. Lynette holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Morris.
