Natalya Suvorova

Natalya Suvorova is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the technology and training sectors. Since January 2017, Natalya has served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Align Technology, focusing on Software Technology groups and advocating for female leadership in tech. In addition, Natalya holds the position of Co-director of Women in Big Data in Armenia since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Natalya spent nearly a decade at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Senior HR Business Partner to Training and Development, fostering HR strategies and training programs across various regions. Natalya's early career included HR roles at Inmarko OAO and Coca-Cola. Academically, Natalya graduated from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University and became a certified DISC instructor in 2010.
