Cynthia Jean-Louis

Cynthia Jean-Louis serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). In this role, Cynthia is responsible for ensuring ITI fosters a diverse, inclusive, and connected culture through which employees thrive and deliver excellence to the organization and its members. She is also responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, EEO, ERISA, Department of Labor and related compliance, organizational training and development, performance management, professional development, and managing and updating policies and procedures.
