Noa Samolsky (Goor) is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager at Align Technology since July 2019, focusing on iTero Scanners & Services within a global medical device company. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Center Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd from November 2016 to June 2019, where Noa managed a team of 12 recruiters, developed a sourcing team, and oversaw a wide range of recruitment processes, particularly for core engineering positions. Noa's recruitment career began at Experis Israel in September 2005, progressing through various roles including Clients Division Manager and Recruitment Division Manager, specializing in IT and engineering recruitment across corporate and startup environments.
