Ulisses Bacchin

Ulisses Bacchin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Director, Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance for Latin America at Align Technology since July 2018. Bacchin has a rich background in compliance and legal affairs, having previously worked as a founding partner of an independent legal counsel firm specializing in various areas of law, including Corporate Law and Compliance. Prior to that, Bacchin held the position of Latin America Regional Counsel & Compliance Manager at Dow Corning, managing legal operations across the region. With a strong foundation in Administrative Law and Contracts from roles at Timoner e Novaes Advogados and Navarro Advogados, Bacchin has also served as Legal Manager at Telsul Telecomunicações S/A and as a Senior Associate at Veirano Advogados. Bacchin earned a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Economics and Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
