Laura Sky Herman

Laura Sky Herman is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the performing arts and operations management. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Aligned Climate Capital since February 2024, Laura is focused on accelerating the clean energy transition. A Broadway actor, singer, and dancer with Actors' Equity Association since May 2015, Laura has also demonstrated leadership as Field Director for Jessica Scarcella Spanton's successful campaign for New York State Senate, District 23 in 2022. Additional roles include Guest Director and Curatorial and Research Assistant at the UCLA Art and Global Health Center, VIP Relations Assistant at Art Basel, and various research and teaching positions at Harvard Kennedy School. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Art and Architecture and Sociology from Harvard University and has studied acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
