Paul Hohnsbeen

Paul Hohnsbeen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and real estate management within the data center and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aligned Data Centers since March 2022, Paul focuses on building scalable processes and systems while driving innovation to meet customer needs. Previously, Paul held key leadership roles at Equinix, overseeing global operations for 87 data centers across 16 countries, and directed strategic business initiatives at Laing O'Rourke Construction. Additional experience includes managing substantial corporate real estate portfolios at Lehman Brothers in various capacities across Europe and Asia, as well as project management roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Paul holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
