Richard Chavez

Richard Chavez has a diverse work experience in HVAC and critical facilities maintenance. Richard started their career as an HVAC Service Technician at TDIndustries in 2004, where they serviced various commercial HVAC equipment. Richard then transitioned to teaching as a Bilingual HVAC Instructor at the Construction Education Foundation from 2006 to 2012. Chavez continued their HVAC technician roles at different companies, such as Daikin Applied and Emerson Network Power Liebert Services. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Critical Facilities Technician at Aligned Data Centers since 2018.

Richard Chavez completed a Certificate in Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration in 1995 from Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute. Prior to that, they attended New Mexico Military Institute from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they received specialized technical training at an unspecified time.
