Adelina P. has extensive experience in recruitment and operations, with a current role as Loan Officer Assistant at Aligned Mortgage since July 2020. Prior to this, Adelina served as a Live Recruiting Advisor at Silotech Group, Inc., where responsibilities included pre-qualifying leads and conducting interviews for the Air Force Recruiting Service. A distinguished career in the United States Air Force spanned over 14 years, featuring roles as Manager/Operations in the Biomedical Sciences Corps, Classifications Specialist, Health Professions Recruiter, and Recruitment Specialist, focusing on recruiting highly qualified candidates and managing related operational goals. Adelina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Park University and two Associate degrees in Human Resources Management and Allied Health Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
