Shannon Snyder

Shannon Snyder is a Community Health Coordinator at Alignment Healthcare since May 2019, bringing a strong background in community engagement and health navigation. Previously, Shannon served as a Board Member on the Diversity Committee at United Way from January 2016 to March 2020. Additionally, between July 2016 and May 2019, Shannon worked as a Participant Navigator at Trinity Health Senior Communities, focusing on assisting individuals in accessing health resources and services.
