Amy Wenzler

Amy Wenzler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Amy currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Human Capital Business Partners, HR Systems and Operations at Alignment Health. Prior to this, they served as an Area Director, Human Resources at ScionHealth from 2021 to 2022.

Amy's previous experience includes working as the Director of Human Resources, Physician Services at Radiology Partners from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they led the HR Business Partner team and implemented HR and Talent Management strategies to improve the organization's performance and scalability. Amy also introduced key metrics and insights to enhance staff engagement and retention.

Before that, Amy was the Director of Human Resources, Human Capital Business Partner at Alignment Healthcare from 2017 to 2019. Amy led the HR Business Partner and Administration team, aligning organizational priorities and implementing various HR strategies such as performance management, talent management, recruitment, engagement, and compensation.

Amy also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partner at CareMore Health, Anthem Inc. from 2012 to 2017. Amy executed organization-wide initiatives and managed employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Additionally, Amy gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Hyundai Capital America and as an HR Employee Benefits Manager at the County of Orange. Amy started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at CashCall, Inc. and Alarm One, where they handled various HR responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated their expertise in HR strategy development, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Amy has successfully implemented process improvement initiatives, deployed HRIS platforms, and ensured compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Amy Wenzler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management with a focus on Hospitality & Hotel Management from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
