David M. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and healthcare industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology Delivery and Chief Information Security Officer at Alignment Healthcare. Prior to this, they held roles such as Chairman of the Board and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at 9Health:365. David has also worked at Welltok, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and at Zenith-American Solutions as the Vice President of IT Operations & CISO. Earlier in their career, David was the CTO and Vice President of Provider Solutions at The TriZetto Group, the Chief Information Security Officer at The Regence Group, and the Director at Providence Health Plans. David also worked as a Staff Consultant at ADP Dealer Services and as a Sr. Software Engineer at EyeDentify.

David M. is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Leadership and management at Grand Canyon University. David has also earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Grand Canyon University. In addition, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from another institution, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from other schools.

David M. has obtained several certifications, including being named one of the Top Ten CISOs of 2021 by Industry Era Magazine and one of the Top Ten CIOs of 2021. David is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through (ISC)², with certifications obtained in 2001. Furthermore, they are a Fellow of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
