David Milligan

David Milligan has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in sales and leadership roles. David currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales, California for Alignment Health. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Sales for Bright Health. David also held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Membership at SCAN Health Plan for ten years. David Milligan has also worked in various sales and leadership roles at other healthcare organizations such as HealthSpring, CareMore Health Plan, United Healthcare, and PacifiCare Health Systems. Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked as a Customer Satisfaction Analyst at Toyota Motor Sales, USA.

David Milligan holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business.
