Kristina Simonds

Kristina Simonds has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Kristina started their career in sales as a District Manager of Sales at Koala Blue in 1986 and worked there until 1991. Kristina then served as a Wine Broker at Youngs Market Company from 1993 to 1995, followed by a role as General Manager at Malibu Country Inn from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Studio Manager at EJ Camp Photography. Kristina then shifted to the entertainment industry and held a position in Creative Advertising at New Line Cinema LLC from 2001 to 2003. Kristina then joined The Robert Simonds Company as a Manager/Recruiter/Trainer from 2003 to 2006. Kristina then moved into the healthcare industry, working as a Regional Sales Manager at CareMore Health Plan from 2006 to 2012. Kristina continued their career in healthcare as the General Manager of the Medicare Division at Care1st Health Plan from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they have been with Alignment Health since 2014, initially as the Vice President of Corporate Sales and currently as the Senior Vice President of Sales Development & Retention.

Kristina Simonds attended Phoenix Country Day School from 1982 to 1986 for their high school education. Kristina then completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Pepperdine University from 1987 to 1992.
