Moez S. has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Moez started their career at Poulina in 2005 as a Software Developer, where they gathered requirements, wrote specifications, designed prototypes, and developed various modules. In 2007, they founded their own company, Novosys, where they served as an Entrepreneur and Lead Developer, delivering custom solutions for businesses and developing innovative products.

From 2010 to 2012, Moez worked as a Software Engineer at Blunet Srl, where they developed custom modules for a web-based document management system targeting insurance companies. Moez also created Coded UI Tests for the web solution.

In 2012, Moez joined Idigao as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining complex applications and APIs. Moez also developed a web backend used by the customer's call center for administering questionnaires and generating reports.

Between 2013 and 2014, Moez worked as a Software Engineer at Susanna Lea Associates, where they migrated an in-house blogging platform to Slog.com.

In 2015, Moez held two positions. At Desert Oasis Healthcare, they worked as a Business Systems Developer, designing and implementing an application to manage the provider onboarding workflow. At Bluepoint Solutions, they were a Lead Software Developer, leading a team and designing a Web API to consolidate the company's services into a single layer.

From 2016 to 2018, Moez was a Senior Software Engineer at loanDepot, and from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Alignment Healthcare in various roles, including VP of Software Engineering and AVP of Software Engineering.
