Rachna Varma has extensive experience in healthcare contract negotiation and management. Rachna has held various leadership positions, including Vice President roles at Alignment Healthcare and HCA Healthcare, where they were responsible for developing network strategies, managing contract negotiations, and executing strategic pricing approaches. Rachna has also worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, HealthCare Partners, and Prime Healthcare Services, where they directed network management activities, developed contracting strategies, and negotiated complex contracts. Rachna began their career as a Contract Specialist at Apria Healthcare and gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at Tatum S. Hilmoe, Attorney at Law. Rachna's expertise spans a wide range of healthcare organizations and they have a proven track record of successfully managing contracts and driving negotiations.

Rachna Varma completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Irvine from 1998 to 2002. Rachna then pursued and obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Chapman University Fowler School of Law from 2002 to 2006.
