Richard Cross

Richard Cross is the senior vice president, general counsel for Alignment Healthcare, a Medicare Advantage company focused on providing population health management services to health systems and provider groups across the country.

Mr. Cross joined Alignment as general counsel in 2019. Prior to joining Alignment, Mr. Cross served as deputy general counsel of OptumRx, assistant general counsel of PacifiCare Health Systems, and associate attorney in the business transactions group of K & R Law Group. Mr. Cross also is a certified public accountant, and before becoming an attorney, he worked as a senior accountant for PacifiCare Health Systems and Security Pacific National Bank.
