Sebastian Burzacchi

Sebastian Burzacchi currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of MSO at Alignment Health since January 2024 and is a Member of the Board of Advisors for Brella Insurance since April 2020. Previously, Sebastian held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Veho in 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing operational divisions and steering the company towards profitability. At Oscar Health from October 2016 to December 2023, Sebastian progressed through various roles, culminating in Senior Vice President of Operations, managing extensive non-clinical operations and achieving ambitious cost targets. Additional roles include Strategy Advisor at Tia, Strategic Consultant at Bond Vet, and leadership positions at vineyard vines for over a decade, driving strategic operations, operational efficiency, and technological innovation. Sebastian holds an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
