Kreig Smith has had an extensive career in organization design consulting, with experience at companies such as AlignOrg Solutions, Curomax Corporation, AT&T Capital, and Amoco Oil. With a Master's degree in Organization Behavior from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, Kreig has held various leadership roles in strategy, consulting, business planning, and organization design throughout their career. Currently serving as the Principal at AlignOrg Solutions, Kreig brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help clients clarify strategy, align their organization for performance, and manage change.
